Ski touring routes until spring
Two marked tours lead along the piste to the Alpincenter and on to the Maurerkogel mountain station.
You start at Langwiedboden, the mountain station of the Gletscherjet or Gletscherbahn. At the start of the tour, at the InfoPoint for touring skiers, you will receive detailed information about both suggested routes.

Weekly guided ski tour
On this ski tour you go to the Tristkogel at 2,642 m with a state-certified mountain guide. The route runs off-piste in the middle of quiet, untouched nature.
You can take part in the guided tour once a week, every Thursday. Professional mountain and ski guides accompany you through the mountains with great views of the Hohe Tauern National Park and the glacier.

Ski tour rental on the glacier
You don´t have your own ski touring equipment yet or you left it at home? No problem! In the Skidome glacier shop, directly at Langwiedboden, you have the opportunity to rent the entire ski touring set: boots, skis, poles and skins are already included in the rental set.
